1. About these terms

These terms apply to all orders placed through the Florence York online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Products

We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately. Small differences in colour or size may occur due to screen settings or production.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Delivery costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are set out in our Delivery Policy.

6. Cancellations and returns

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and you can return items within 30 days as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order will apply to that order.
